On-Site Support
Bay Office Computing offers 3 month on-site maintenance contracts.
Time is allotted for resolving the normal user issues that arise. Rates are discounted 10% for maintenance activities performed under contract. Regular maintenance activities also include:
- Testing the backup system
- Monitoring network storage and utilization
- Monitoring the servers for errors and addressing errors as soon as they are discovered
